All sales are final. As a result, we are under no obligation to issue a refund if you change your mind about a purchase for any reason. Under special circumstances (damaged or missing pieces), we may, at our sole discretion, arrange an exchange or issue a merchandise credit. Cash refunds and credit card refunds will not be provided under any circumstances. We cannot accept returns of engraved merchandise, special orders, custom orders, or items that show any signs of wear. Deposits paid toward special or custom orders are strictly non-refundable.
Jade is a natural gemstone. Individual pieces may vary in color, tone, translucency, cloudiness, texture, grain, inclusions, pattern, dimensions, carving details, and finish. These natural characteristics are not defects. Photography, lighting, and screen displays can also affect perceived color or appearance. Requests based solely on natural variation or personal preference are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
